Visibly empowers organisations to align workplace culture with their brand promise through brand advocacy and original employee generated content.
IOS and Android APPs are provided to employees in order to create original content which is automatically synced to a centralised repository, ensuring brand compliance, authenticity and maximised collaboration. Internal and external brand communication briefs are shared across the organisation, ensuring clarity of message and maximum participation. Employees promote the brand from the inside out, authentically and at scale through their personal and private social networks. Visibly offers both internal and external feeds for employees to track, comment and like colleague posts, whilst providing a secure environment for internal communications. The application also includes gamification, so that employees earn points for predefined actions, thus driving behaviours and increasing advocacy adoption. Visibly provides deep analytics for activity and results over time, channel, department, company or individual. Visibly also provides visual website widgets for embedding social presentation components into 3rd party websites.
